Please note that if the room is already booked, we may need to email you back to offer you an alternative time.
The meeting room is set out ‘boardroom style’ and can accommodate up to 20 people.
Guest Wi-Fi is available and your participants will see a connection called “Guest”. They will need to follow the link and on-screen prompts to register for an account.
The room is equipped with a 65-inch digital TV fitted with 2 HDMI ports, so you can show presentations and videos. The room also has a presenting lectern with an extended HDMI connection for a laptop.
Creative Support – a charity for people with support needs – runs an on-site café which is located right outside the meeting room. They can arrange refreshments for your event. Our HQ reception team can help arrange this – please get in touch using the ‘contact us’ information at the bottom of this page.
You can use the room between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. This ensures a member of our team will be on hand to help with any queries. Users are asked to bring events to a close by 4pm.
